Deadline for Abstract and CV Submission: September 30 (Sun), 2018

Deadline for Presentation Slide Submission: October 14 (Wed), 2018

How to submit Abstract and CV

Please follow the steps after clicking on the “Submission” tab.
When the submission process is finalized, an Email with the registration number and the password will be sent to you.
Modifications regarding the materials submitted will be possible until the aforementioned deadline, using the registration number and the password that has been sent previously.

Notification

• Please download the official format for your Abstract and CV.
• The size limit for all your lecture files is 10 megabytes. If you have more than one file, please submit it as one file using the zip file (.zip).
